  • 1 ½ teaspoons allspice
  • ¾ teaspoon ginger
  • ¾ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon cloves

Directions

  1. Combine spices in a small bowl and mix well.
  2. Store spice mixture in a small, airtight container.
  3. Use this mixture in any recipe calling for pumpkin pie spice.
