Store Policies

These policies apply at Jungle Jim’s Market, Inc locations unless a different policy is stated in connection with a particular product, promotion, service, or transaction.

Jungle Jim’s reserves the right to interpret and apply these policies, correct errors, limit quantities, refuse fraudulent or abusive transactions, and modify these policies as permitted by law.

Check Policy

Jungle Jim’s accepts personal checks subject to verification and the following requirements:

  • Jungle Jim’s accepts payments by checks from Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky.
  • Jungle Jim’s requires a valid driver’s license or state-issued identification card from Ohio, Indiana or Kentucky.
  • Jungle Jim’s only accepts checks with a printed address (not handwritten). Checks printed with a PO Box will require a proper street address.
  • Jungle Jim’s does not accept payroll checks, starter checks, 2nd party checks, computer-generated checks, credit card checks or checks without an address printed by a bank.
  • Jungle Jim’s does not accept checks for purchases in the Liquor Store.
  • If your payment is returned due to insufficient or uncollected funds, you authorize us to collect a Service Charge and/or face amount of the check, via electronic funds transfer or using bank drafts drawn on your account. The fee will be up to the maximum allowable by law. Please be aware that funds may be withdrawn immediately from your account.

Coupon Policy

Jungle Jim’s accepts eligible coupons subject to the following terms:

  • Coupons must be presented before the transaction is completed.
  • Coupons must be valid, unexpired, legible, and applicable to the product being purchased.
  • The product, brand, size, quantity, and other requirements must match the coupon.
  • Unless the coupon or promotion states otherwise, only one manufacturer coupon may be applied to an eligible item.
  • The value of a coupon may not exceed the price of the eligible item unless otherwise required by law or permitted by the coupon.
  • Coupons have no cash value. Cash back will not be provided for unused coupon value.
  • Sales tax will be calculated as required by law.
  • Customers are responsible for applicable deposits, taxes, and fees.
  • Coupons may not be duplicated, altered, transferred, reproduced, or used in a manner inconsistent with their terms.
  • Jungle Jim’s does not accept counterfeit coupons or coupons that appear altered, copied, fraudulently obtained, or improperly reproduced.
  • Jungle Jim’s may limit the number of identical coupons or promotional offers used in a transaction or during a particular period.
  • Purchase limits printed on a coupon or stated in a promotion will be enforced.
  • Coupons may not be combined with another coupon or promotion unless expressly permitted.
  • A coupon may be accepted only for merchandise available and purchased during the transaction.
  • Coupon acceptance is subject to verification and register-system limitations.
  • Jungle Jim’s reserves the right to refuse a coupon when its validity, authenticity, terms, or source cannot be reasonably verified.

Digital and Mobile Coupons

Jungle Jim’s does not accept digital or mobile coupons.

Internet-Printed Coupons

Jungle Jim’s does not accept coupons printed from websites, emails, social media, or personal computers.

Alcohol, Tobacco, and Restricted Products

Coupons and promotions involving alcohol, tobacco, lottery products, and other legally restricted items are subject to applicable law and any additional restrictions stated in the offer.

Final Decision

Store management has final authority regarding coupon acceptance. An employee’s prior acceptance of a coupon does not require Jungle Jim’s to accept the same or a similar coupon in the future.

Pricing and Promotional Errors

We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices, advertisements, coupons, website content, and promotional materials are accurate.

If an error occurs, Jungle Jim’s reserves the right to correct it and cancel or refuse a transaction, order, discount, or promotion to the extent permitted by law.

Product availability, pricing, and promotional participation may vary by location.

Policy Changes

Jungle Jim’s may update these Store Policies periodically. The version posted on our website at the time of a transaction will apply unless otherwise required by law.
