Grilled Swordfish

About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 pound swordfish, 1-inch thickness

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  2. Rinse swordfish steaks well under cold water. Pat dry.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the 4 ingredients.
  4. Brush mixture liberally on both sides of swordfish.
  5. Place fish on hot grill for 5 minutes.
  6. Flip once, then cook for another 4 minutes.
  7. Do not overcook. This will result in dry fish.
