Fresh Peach Salsa

About the Recipe

Ingredients

Makes 1 cup

2 large peaches, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons diced red bell pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
½ jalapeno pepper, finely diced
2 teaspoons honey

Directions

Combine ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
Serve with grilled chicken or fish.
