Creamy Avocado Dressing

About the Recipe

Ingredients

yields 1 ½ cups

1 medium avocado
1 small jalapeño, seeded
¼ cup cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
1 scallion
1 clove garlic
¾ cup buttermilk
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Serve as a dressing for salad or a dip with vegetables.
