Hot sauce, salsas, mustards, rubs, hot sauce, marinades, beef jerky, and, oh, did we mention hot sauce? We’re thrilled to announce the return of Weekend of Fire August 24, 11:00 am - 6:00 pm and August 25, 11:00 am - 4:00 pm at The Oscar Event Center & The Oscar Station! Enjoy more samples, more fiery foods, and more heat with brand new competitions, hot rides, and plenty of the spicy foods that you love!

The Festival

The Singe Bar

Craft your own hot and spicy cocktail at The Singe Bar! Our bartenders will provide the spirits for you to make the perfect Bloody Mary. Make them as mild or as wild as you want and challenge your friends to try something new!

Test Your Mettle in the Arena of Fire

Think you can take the heat? Challenge your fellow hot heads in the Arena of Fire! Go head-to-head with family and friends in a battle of wills to see who beats the burn! Keep an eye out for sign-up booths at the show to join the fun. Spaces are limited so interested parties should sign up early.

New Cars & Competitions

Feel the heat on Sunday with flame-hot foods and fiery decals. More than 50 cars from the Cincy Cool Cars Club will be on display at The Oscar Station parking lot for guests and festival attendees to enjoy during festival hours. The car show is free to attend, while festival access requires a ticket. Guests can also experience the Arena of Fire, where vendors compete head-to-head with spicy recipes for the title of 2024 champion.

Most of All, Have Fun!

You’ll see stilt walkers, fire performers, balloon twisters, LED performers, and more at the Weekend of Fire! Capture fun memories together in our 360 Photo Booth as you enjoy live music, entertainment, and lively competition. Find some of the best deals of the year for your favorite fiery foods, direct from the creators! So, on behalf of our Jungle Jim’s team, we’re officially inviting you to Weekend of Fire 2024! We can’t wait to see you!

Additional parking is available through the Elephant Entrance on Jungle Jim Drive, off North Gilmore Rd.

Where is the festival?

Jungle Jim’s Weekend of Fire will be held in the Oscar Event Center, one of our event venues at the Fairfield location near the Rhino Entrance. Please park in the lot facing Dixie Highway, located next to United Dairy Farmers Gas Station. Additional parking is available through the Elephant Entrance on Jungle Jim Drive, off North Gilmore Rd.

Is the show open to the public?

Yes, this is a public show and everyone is welcome. Tickets are needed for all people 5 years old and up. Ages 4 and under are free. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I bring my child?

This is a family event. Children 4 and under are free. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Will there be any food or drink available besides the samples?

Water, soft drinks, and beer will be available at the bar. Many vendors will also have chips to serve their samples with at their booths.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

The show and contests will take place inside The Oscar Event Center, which is above Jungle Jim’s International Market.

How much is parking?

Parking is free.

I heard there are contests, how do I sign up?

To sign up for the contests, look for the Contest Registration Table located at the top of the stairs in the lobby of The Oscar Event Center. You can also register online before the show with this form. Space is limited for each contest, so sign up as soon as possible.

I don’t like really hot sauce, is there anything for me at the show?

There are so many vendors with so many samples that everyone will have products to try. Most vendors sample and sell products that go from mild to wild, so ask for the mild option and you’re sure to find something you enjoy.

Will I be able to buy products at the show?

Yes! The Weekend of Fire is a great place to purchase all kinds of products. You get to sample everything, so you can buy your favorites. Some vendors will also bring new products that are just entering the market, giving you an early chance to purchase them.

What if things get too hot? How do I cool my mouth down?

A few things can help turn the heat down. One is starch. Many vendors serve samples on chips, so ask for a few extra chips. You can also try soft drinks, beer, or mixed drinks. Avoid water, as it won’t help much.

Each Weekend of Fire ticket includes one-day entry for Saturday or Sunday, with access to all the hot sauces, BBQ, salsas, rubs, and fiery snacks throughout the festival.

Child Tickets

This family-friendly event is perfect for the whole crew. A Kids Ticket includes one-day entry to Weekend of Fire on Saturday or Sunday, with samples, entertainment, and activities to enjoy. While the Arena of Fire is limited to guests 18 and older, kids can enjoy stilt walkers, balloon twisters, fire performers, and more. Kids Tickets are for ages 5–12, while children 4 and under are free.
