The Festival

Pickle Mechanical Bull

Pickle Wars is a show all about pickles and that includes pickle-shaped mechanical bulls! Ride the roughest, toughest clydesdill of them all, The Sour Stallion! For a small fee, brave attendees can saddle up and test their limit to see how long they can stay on.

Pickle-Themed Food & Drinks

Taste through our prize-fighting panel of pickles, and sip your way through pickle-powered takes on the classic Bloody Mary.

Gherkin Gauntlet

Show your DILL-igence and take on the formidable Gherkin Gauntlet! Compete in a marathon challenge of Bobbing for Brine, Brine Chugging, and Pickle Eating to claim victory. The Pickle Pro that places first will win a $100 Jungle Jim's Gift Card and 2026 Pickle Wars Championship Medal!

Pick your time slot and dive into a battle of the brine that's fiercer than ever! There are three times to choose from:

Session 1

11AM–1PM

Session 2

1PM–3PM

Session 3

3PM–5PM

Each time slot will have its own Gherkin Gauntlet, meaning three Pickle Championships and three medals are ripe for the plucking! To put your cukes to the test, complete the sign up form and waiver either upon ticket purchase, in your confirmation email, or at www.junglejims.com/gauntlet.

To give everyone an equal chance to compete, names will be drawn at random and invited to the Pickle arena!

Battle for the Best in Brine

Pickle vendors square off in The Oscar Event Center on January 31 in a Battle for the Best in Brine at Jungle Jim's Pickle Wars! Taste through our prize-fighting panel of pickles and VOTE for your favorite to decide who is the crusader of crunch. The baron of brine. Pickle of Pickles.

We'll count the votes throughout the show and the vendor with the mightiest brine will win the coveted 2026 Pickle Wars Championship Belt and the title of “Biggest Dill.”

Yes. Pickle Wars is family-friendly, and admission is free for children under 10 when they attend the matching session.

Will there be any food or drink available besides the samples?

Yes. Pickle-themed food and pickle-powered cocktails will be available during the event in addition to vendor samples.

How much is parking?

Parking is free in the designated Oscar Event Center parking areas at Jungle Jim’s Fairfield.
