BBQ Alley is the place to relieve those hunger pains during the Weekend of Fire! After you've gone through the Fiery Food Expo and watched a few contests in the Arena of Fire, take the monorail to BBQ Alley. This is the place we've designated for lunch, dinner or snacks during the show. We have lots of vendors selling ribs, wings, Hawaiian shaved ice, and even funnel cakes, deep fried oreos and deep fried twinkies. We're even breaking out a new vendor who will be making deep fried coneys. Hot dogs with all the fixin's rolled in a tortilla and deep fried. How can you beat that?

Spend a leisurely time at BBQ Alley, located by the Monorail Station, and then take the Monorail back up to the Fiery Food Expo. We'll have over 55 vendors sampling out over 350 products. This is a try and buy show, so make sure you purchase your favorite hot sauces, salsas, BBQ sauces and other hot and spicy foods.
