Grilled Sweet Corn with Spicy Lime Butter

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons butter, room temperature
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 ears fresh corn in the husk

Directions

  1. Combine butter, lime zest, cumin, salt and pepper in a small bowl and stir to combine well.
  2. Grill corn in the husk over medium-high heat until blackened.
  3. Remove husks and serve warm with lime butter.
  4. Serves 6.
