Satsuma-Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup satsuma juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a small jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  2. Cover and shake well.
  3. Store vinaigrette in refrigerator and shake before serving.
  4. Makes 1/2 cup.
