Three-Pepper Hot Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 habanero peppers
  • 2 serrano peppers
  • 1 large jalapeño pepper
  • 1 8-ounce can sliced peaches, with juice
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

Directions

  1. Remove stems from peppers.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
  4. Makes 2 cups.
