White Wine Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium high heat, combine the cream, wine, flour, salt and parsley. Stir & bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer until thickened.
