Honey Jalapeno Sauce


  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 fresh jalapeno peppers, minced
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Whisk ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.
  2. Serve with grilled chicken, fish or shrimp.
  3. Makes about 1 cup.

Sauce can be prepared up to 1 week in advance and refrigerated until ready to serve.
