- 6 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
- 4 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 6 scallions, thinly sliced and roughly chopped
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cajun spices
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Combine cabbage and scallions in a large bowl.
- Combine dressing ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk to combine.
- Toss cabbage mixture with dressing and allow to sit 30-60 minutes before serving.
- Serves 8-10.
