Baked Sausage and Apples

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces small link sausages
  • 4 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced 1/2 inch thick
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Arrange sausage in a single layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Bake 15-20 minutes, until beginning to brown.
  4. Drain fat.
  5. Arrange apples around sausage and sprinkle with brown sugar.
  6. Bake an additional 30-35 minutes, stirring 2-3 times, until sausage is cooked through and apples are tender.
  7. Serves 8.
