Spring Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana, peeled, cut into 1-inch chunks and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Makes 1 large smoothie.
