Mango Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe mangos, peeled and diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 small jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl and chill at least one hour. Serve over grilled fish, chicken or pork or with tortilla chips.
  2. Makes 3 cups.
