• Just Click on the gift basket or View Product Details, enter the quantity and click “Add to Cart”.
• Choose "Proceed to Checkout".
• Login to your account or register if a new customer.
• Verify the billing address is correct.
• Enter the shipping address.
• Choose the shipping method or in store pickup. Note: More information on shipping methods can be found on the Delivery Service page.
• Verify your order is correct. Click the “Back” button if changes need to be made.
• Enter any special instructions to the Gift Baskets dept or delivery instructions. Note: For in store pickup please let us know what day you will be picking up your order.
• Enter your gift card message.
• Enter credit card payment information and click “Continue” to complete the order.
• The amount will be authorized on your credit card and will be billed when ready to ship.
• You will receive an email confirmation for your order.

Our Guarantee
We guarantee the arrival of your carefully hand-packed gift in perfect condition to the address given on your order. If you are not completely delighted, we'll send a replacement gift or issue a compete refund. We cannot guarantee orders for which we are given an incorrect address. Jungle Jim's reserves the right to make product substitutions due to seasonal availability of fruit and import restrictions.
