English/UK Foods
"Hi Ho good cousins. Welcome to Jungle Jim's."Robin Hood welcomes Jungle Jim's guests to the United Kingdom. Back in the farthest corner of our store is Sherwood Forest, home to Robin Hood, Little John and Maid Marion and Robin's secret hiding place. Look up into the hollowed-out tree to see Robin's treasures.
Here you will find familiar and not-so-familiar foods from the United Kingdom. Under the tree you will find English candies. Some are familiar, like Kit Kats, but they might not taste the same as what you’re used to. Kit Kats are a Nestle product, which is an international company. They have some of the same products in different countries, but they are not the same. The recipe is unique to the individual countries and is based on what the culture likes to taste. In America, we like candy really sweet and chocolaty. In England, they like candy not as sweet with more cocoa taste than chocolate. So that's how Nestle makes them. Try a Kit Kat from England and see what you think.
And don't stop there. You can also find digestives, Marmite and Heinz soups among the offerings.
