The marbling (veins of fat) in meats determines the "grade." All Jungle Jim's fresh-cut meats are Choice grade with just the right amount of marbling to ensure full flavor and melt-in-your-mouth texture. Our Prime grade (very well-marbled) meats like dry-aged prime rib and strip steak, porterhouse, T-bone and ribeye are superb.

All of Jungle Jim's fresh chickens and turkeys are Amish grown, which means no antibiotics, no growth hormones, no preservatives. Jungle Jim's also features free-range chickens, free-range hen eggs and Cornish hens form Hill Family Farms of Xenia. Now, this is how chicken was meant to taste!
