All Wine tastings are on Saturday's at 1:00 p.m. in the Oscar Event Center or the Cooking School Classroom.

WINE TASTING - Beringer Tasting
A unique wine tasting with Beringers own Sommelier, Jamie Stewart. Jamie currently holds a position with Fosters Wine Estates as Director of the Estates Wine Group, providing him the enviable opportunity to work with one of the world's finest wine portfolios.Jamie attained his Australian Sommelier qualifications at the age of 17. After graduating from college in 1989, he traveled to Europe and studied under the tutelage of the Court of Master Sommeliers. Subsequently, he moved to Japan, where he earned accreditation from the Japan Sommelier Society. In 1993, Jamie studied at the prestigious Court of Master Sommeliers in London. In 1994 Jamie moved to St. Petersburg Russia, where he also attained Sommelier accreditation from the St. Petersburg chapter, Russian Sommelier Association.
Jamie remains persistent in his studies and dedication to wine education. Presently he is studying American Sign Language in order to begin wine education seminars for the hearing impaired, and he will embark upon coursework for the Master of Wine candidacy later this year. In addition, Jamie frequently volunteers his time and knowledge at many of the nation's wine education and charity events.

For many of the people who went to visit Dr. Krupp's vineyards, high up on Atlas Peak, in the summer of 2006, this was the highlight of their trip to Napa Valley.
