Scratch Breads, also known as Artisan Breads, are all natural, with no preservatives, and hand-shaped, proofed and baked in our authentic Italian-hearth ovens. Our bakers arrive in the wee small hours of the morning to begin mixing, kneading and baking fresh bread for the day. They will make upwards of 450 loaves a day to meet the demand for made-from-scratch breads.

Asiago Cheese Bread

This made-from-scratch bread is great for sandwiches. A round bread with Asiago cheese mixed into dough, then we also top the bread with more of this delicious cheese before baking.

Baguette Bread

This crusty, chewy European style bread is made from scratch using flour, water, yeast and salt. We bake fresh daily in our hearth ovens. Goes great with the homemade Bruschetta in the Deli.

Batard Bread

This large loaf of bread has a crispy crust and a chewy inside. Great to use for sandwiches.

Cinnamon Raisin Walnut Bread

This made-from-scratch bread is sure to please the palate. Plump golden and dark raisins burst with flavor. Great to use as French toast.

Cuban Bread

Try our Cuban bread on your visit to the bakery. Made-from-scratch. The flavor comes from the lard that's in the recipe. This is a popular bread in Miami, Florida.

Epi "Tear-able" Bread

Traditionally known as Epitard at Jungle Jim's, it's the best tear-able bread in town. Made with the same recipe as our Baguette bread.

Made from Scratch Granola

Our granola is an all-natural, healthy, multi-grain snack made right here in the Jungle bakery! Allen's favorite recipe calls for oats, nuts, plump raisins, honey & brown sugar; also available with cranberries and chocolate chips. It's so good! And good for you, too!!

German Schnecken

Our German Schnecken is sure to please. A gooey, buttery, cinnamon sweet bread made from scratch in the Jungle Bakery. A great way to start or finish any day.

Multi-grain Bread

Multi-grain scratch bread is full of grains. Sunflower seed, flax seed, sesame seeds, oats, wheat and rye flour. No preservatives. Yum!

Made-From-Scratch Rye Bread

This scratch-made bread is made with a Rye Poolish prepared the day before. This brings out the Rye flavor and can be made with or without Caraway Seeds. Great for corned ceef sandwiches or just a good ham sandwich.
