Shipping and Delivery Options

Shipping and Delivery Options

Different shipping and delivery options are available depending on the item and recipient address.

Orders are processed the same day if received by 10 am EST. Otherwise they are processed the next day Monday through Saturday, closed Sunday. Orders ship approximately 1-2 days after the order is processed. Some items are perishable, such as fruit and cheese. Our packing materials are designed to keep these items in satisfactory condition during shipping. Because standard UPS delivery is unavailable on Saturdays or Sundays, we may delay your requested ship date to avoid weekend days in transit to ensure quality. Please refer to the UPS Shipping Schedule for Perishable Items.

Local delivery service is available for certain items, such as gift baskets or flower bouquets, in the greater Cincinnati area for a fee of $13.00 plus tax per delivered item. Local delivery orders placed before 10 am EST will be delivered the following day, Monday through Saturday, no delivery on Sunday. To view local delivery zip codes "click here".

Other delivery options include UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. Some items, such as gift cards & event tickets, are shipped via US Postal Service only.

Peak Holiday Times:
The gift business experiences an increased volume of orders during major holiday periods, such as Halloween,Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day. Delivery times may vary due to the high volume of orders.

Gift Cards:
Gift cards are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail only.

Wine Club Membership:
Wine club orders are shipped UPS Ground to recipients in the State of Ohio only.

Event Tickets:
Tickets for events are shipped US Postal Service First Class Mail.

Important note:
Citrus cannot be shipped to California or Florida. Alcohol may only be delivered within the State of Ohio. If hot temperatures do not allow us to ship chocolates or cheese safely we will make necessary substitutions, or you can call for overnight shipping in ice packs.
