Join Laura and Mary for this interactive three session class:
- Class I (Thursday, May 15, 6:30-8:30pm)
includes a tactile tasting of old and new world white wines - Class II (Thursday, May 29, 6:30-8:30pm)
features a tasting of old and new world red wines - Class III (Thursday, June 5, 6:30-8:30pm)
builds on the previous two classes including a blind tasting
Note: the one-time fee of $125.00 is for all three sessions. A buffet supper will be provided for each session and recipes will be included.

In this 3 session class, mom will do a tactile tasting to understand how the palate works, taste white and red wines, and participate in a blind tasting. She will learn everything she ever wanted to know about wine but was afraid to ask.

Mastering the Grill with Celebrity Chef Andrew SchlossJune 18 or 19, 6:30-9:30pm Partial Hands-On Class
Learn to grill like a pro under the guidance of grill-master Andy. Dad will master the challenges of cooking with a grill as he learns to make a menu that goes from appetizer to dessert.
