Our Philosophy
The philosophy of the Cooking School at Jungle Jim's is simple: "You get to learn new techniques, you get to learn about new ingredients. And afterward you can go downstairs and buy anything that we use, so you don't have to go shopping all over the place for all the ingredients," says director Carol Tabone.
