Welcome to the Cooking School at Jungle Jim’s International Market. Recreational cooks of every skill level will find our hands-on and demonstration classes to be fun, informative and delicious. If you are traveling in Ohio or live in the Cincinnati area, we invite you to register for a cooking class and improve your culinary skills. Local, regional, national and international chefs make up our instructional team each session. In-house wine and beer experts along with distillery representatives provide current information that enhances the exciting menus and delectable recipes our chefs cook up for class. Winter Classes Announced

A New Year and new brochure bring renewed commitment to providing you with interesting and enjoyable classes and events. We thank you for taking the time to respond to our evaluation forms in class and with your phone calls and emails. Your ideas and suggestions make a difference!

Based on student requests, our winter brochure will have extra daytime classes. To spice things up, we are adding some special giveaways in several classes. Our Facebook Friends classes have been well-attended and we invite all our students to take advantage of this specially priced class offered on one Saturday each brochure.

Pairing dinners are drawing great crowds and we will be offering three wine and food classes, a chocolate and wine pairing and a beer and German food pairing. Back by popular demand, Peter Wagner will join me for a tequila pairing dinner. If you attended the bourbon and whiskey pairing dinner, you know that Pete is a great entertainer and is very knowledgeable.

Many of you have asked about knife sharpening. A sharp knife is essential for success in the kitchen and we now provide in-house, professional sharpening. We encourage you to bring your knives to our February 4th Knife Sharpening Event. All students attending classes in January will receive a special coupon for free sharpening.

This brochure features all of your favorite instructors, with a few new faces added to the mix. We have lined up classes to help you learn new skills and discover tips and secrets for cooking and entertaining at home – all while relaxing and having fun in the classroom.
