Back by popular demand! Sarah "The Cheese Lady" Kaufmann returns with cheese carving demos throughout the festival. Be sure to stop by from time to time to see her creation progress as well as trying some of the "scraps" that her carving produces.

Leigh Ochs is the director of The Cooking School at Jungle Jim’s International Market. Starting out as guest instructor at The Cooking School from 2005- 2010, she assumed directorship in 2010. Her training includes ten years of LaVarenne cooking school sessions at The Greenbrier in West Virginia, cooking and studying with Julia Child, Anne Willan, Lynne Rossetto Kasper, Todd English and other top chefs in the industry. Leigh has worked as both a personal and private chef, and owned a cafe in Cincinnati.
Born and raised in Cincinnati, Jacob has been with Jungle Jim's International Market for nearly 5 years. As part of the Eastgate Cheese Shop team, Jacob has been with the store since it opened and is currently Assistant Manager. In that time he has sampled nearly every variety of cheese to come through the shop, and has tirelessly paired them with everything he can think of. Having led many Tasting & Pairing classes at our Eastgate location, it only makes sense for him to share his knowledge and passion with those attending our Big Cheese Festival.
