Scratch Bakery | Overview
A full-line Bakery means we do not specialize in just one product or area, we do it all! We are one of the few scratch bakeries left today that bakes like "Mom". Our top of the line ingredients make the difference that customers can taste and enjoy. More than 100 kinds of goods are baked fresh daily in Jungle Jim's ovens! Our in-house Bakery features both a pastry kitchen and a state-of-the-art scratch kitchen, where more than 450 loaves of European-style bread are baked daily in our Italian hearth ovens. To satisfy your sweet tooth, our bakery cases are filled with both classic favorites and fanciful delights.
Buns
Our made-from-scratch buns are soft and delicious. You can have a burger or a sandwich where the bun is the star!. We also make a wide variety of other rolls and buns, including Onion Buns, Hot Dog Buns, Subs and more.
Breads
Our European breads include rich flavors, hearty grains and healthy ingredients. Crusty French Bread, High Fiber Multi-Grain Bread, Ciabatta, Baguette and Italian are just a few that complement our traditional line of White, Wheat and Buttercrust Breads.
Cookies
Our cookies will make your Grandmother take notice. The key is using the best ingredients. Our Chocolate Chip cookie is the top of the line, overflowing with real chocolate chips. But you won't want to miss our Oatmeal Raisin, M&M or Peanut Butter either.
Desserts & Cakes
Cakes, in all their shapes, sizes and glorious flavors. Try Carrot, Chocolate Lover’s or New York Cheesecakes. We also have a large selection of decorated cakes on hand. You can custom order one for your special occasion whether you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, wedding or bat mitzvah, we have dozens of designs to fit any occasion. If it’s not a cake you’re looking for, try our Amish recipe pumpkin rolls, brownies and pies.
