Each month we will be updating you on the new Jungle news before it becomes old Jungle news. Anything from new construction projects and retail outlets to local and national press releases to community achievements and awards bestowed upon our humble, honorable and fearless leader, Jungle Jim and his International Market, Event Center and Shopping Plaza.

Here are a couple of cakes now available:
- Erica's Apple Spice Cake is beyond good! Crunchy on the edges, real apple chunks, moist and chewy on the inside. The flavor is unforgettable as it lingers in your mouth. And the drizzled caramel on top puts you over the edge. All you need now is a big glass of milk.
- Lemons and saffron combine to make Erica's Lemon Saffron Cake totally wonderful. Saffron is not a common ingredient in cakes, which makes this taste even more amazing.
Just try one of these cakes - you won't believe it.
