The Cooking School at Jungle Jim's
Our Fall season will be busy and exciting. The private label herbs, spices and blends are now available for purchase in the school. On October 5th, the school celebrates 15 years of teaching and cooking with our foodie friends. As part of our celebration students attending one of the 4 anniversary classes will receive a bottle of the cooking school's custom "15th Anniversary Spice Blend". And October, brings the release of the 15th Anniversary Cookbook, which is a compilation of recipes from our past and current instructors.

Pumpkin Pie Spice Recipe

  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 & 1/2 teaspoons allspice
  • 3/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves

Combine spices in a small bowl and mix well. Store spice mixture in a small, airtight container. Use this mixture in any recipe calling for pumpkin pie spice.

Makes 3 tablespoons.
