Tours
Tours are given Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. They last approximately one and one half hour. Time for shopping after the tour should be included in your planning.Reservations and Pre-Payments
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards. Company checks are also acceptable.Pricing
All tours are $5 per person with escorts and drivers being free.Price Inclusions
All tours include 12 samples, $2 gift certificate and a Jungle Jim’s Coupon Book with coupons for stores located on the Jungle Jim's complex. No refund will be given if passengers elect not to take the tour, samples, gift certificate or coupon book.Special Needs
Wheelchairs and Electric Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, being a retail store, we cannot reserve wheelchairs or electric wheelchairs and availability is not guaranteed. The store’s attractions are wheelchair accessible.Cancellations
Tours may be cancelled up to seven (7) days prior to tour. If you cancel within seven (7) days of your scheduled tours, you will be charged a $50 administration fee. In addition, Jungle Jim’s reserves the right to charge for all non-recoverable costs due to cancellation.Shopping
While we do accept out-of-state company checks for tour payment, we do not accept them for shopping at Jungle Jim's. Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana personal checks are accepted for shopping.
