Q. Where is Jungle Jim’s International Market located?

A. Located on Route 4 in Fairfield, North of Cincinnati, Ohio. Click here for a map and directions.

Q. What are your hours?

A. 8am to 10pm Daily (closed Christmas). Other holiday hours may be modified. Please check the weekly flyer for holiday hours.

Q. How large is Jungle Jim's?

A. Approximately 300,000 square feet - roughly 6 acres of food! Click here for a store map.

Q. Are you handicapped accessible?

A. Yes! Jungle Jim's International Market makes every effort to accomodate the needs of our customers.

Q. Do you have motorized carts or wheelchair carts?

A. Motorized carts and wheelchair carts are available. There is a limited number of these carts and they are on a first-come first-serve basis.

Q. Are you a warehouse club? Do I have to be a member to shop?

A. Jungle Jim's International Market is not a warehouse store, and you do not need a membership to shop. No card needed! You don’t need a discount card either! Jungle Jim's International Market has competitive prices and great specials everyday. Click here to see our specials and our weekly ad.

Q. Do you honor the Golden Buckeye card?

A. Every Wednesday is Senior Citizen Day where Golden Buckeye cardholders receive an additional 5% discount on most items.

Q. Do you accept food stamps?

A. Yes. (Ohio only)

Q. Do you accept coupons?

A. Yes, we accept manufacturer coupons.

Q. Do you accept checks?

A. Jungle Jim's accepts personal checks from Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana ONLY with Valid ID. We also accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and debit cards, and American Express. Of course, we also accept cash. An ATM is located by Fifth Third Bank near the main entrance.

Q. We are coming from out of town, can you tell me what hotels are near you?

Q. Does Jungle Jim's offer a restaurant or dining area?
